NBA- The NBA offseason saw several major trades. LeBron James signed a 4-year, 154 million dollar deal with the Los Angeles Lakers, leaving the Cleveland Cavaliers for a second time. DeMarcus Cousins abandoned the New Orleans Pelicans to join the superteam of superteams, the Golden State Warriors, rejecting the Pelicans’ offer of 40 million for 2 years to sign with the Warriors for just 5.3 million for one year.


NFL- Khalil Mack’s offseason has been a record setting one as the former Oakland Raiders linebacker signed a 143 million dollar extension with the Chicago Bears, becoming the highest paid defensive player in NFL history. The Minnesota Vikings acquired Kirk Cousins, viewed as a game changing quarterback, and the Vikings are now seen as definite playoff contenders and potential Super Bowl Champions. The 0-16 Cleveland Browns acquired reliable and trustworthy Tyrod Taylor as their quarterback. Overall, NFL rosters have changed quite a bit, predicting an interesting shakeup in league standings.


MLB- With the World Series less than a month away, predictions and odds are coming in hot. The Houston Astros are the favorites of winning the world series at 5-1, followed by the New York Yankees, Chicago Cubs, and Los Angeles Dodgers who all have 7-1 odds. Leading the Houston Astros is Jose Carlos Altuve a consistent player with one of the highest batting averages in the MLB currently. The star studded player of the New York Yankees Aaron Judge is coming in hot with the highest average exit velocity in the MLB currently at 96.0 miles an hour he is definitely a force to be reckoned with.
